Facebook Tweaks Newsfeed Algorithm

According to TechCrunch, Facebook recently announced a slight shift in its newsfeed algorithm.

After a slew of tests, the social giant found that text-only updates received less traffic than text-based updates with a link or media attached to them.

Businesses should also consider using the “share” button on Facebook rather than copying/pasting a link separately for sharing.
